Timothy Maguire (CEO)
Dr. Maguire co-founded VascuLogic as a culmination of his experience in the biotechnology, diagnostics, medical device, and healthcare provider areas. Tim has over 8 years of experience in the biotechnology and medical device industries with over 5 years as a startup CSO and CEO where he has raised over $5M in early stage funding. Tim holds a BS in engineering and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Brian Henry (CFO)
Mr. Henry is a finance, regulatory affairs and quality management professional with 13 years of experience in clinical pharmaceutical and medical device development and 15 years of experience in small business leadership positions. Most recently, Brian held R&D/QA/RA roles at Hoffmann-La Roche where he worked on over 30 development products in 5 therapeutic areas. He holds a BS and MS in engineering and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
Pamela Anderson (CMO)
Ms. Anderson is a marketing and sales leader with over 10 years commercial pharmaceutical and medical device sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining VascuLogic, Pamela was a commercial lead at Johnson & Johnson, NovoNordisk and Merck and has launched 11 new products in 8 therapeutic areas. She holds a BS and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
